Fixigo acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent service professionals. We do not directly provide home services but facilitate the booking and payment process.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Professionals must provide valid proof of identity and qualifications.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through the platform. Refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee.

5. Liability

While we vet professionals, Fixigo is not liable for damages or losses resulting from the services provided by independent professionals. We recommend users exercise caution and secure valuables.
